Option 1: Delete Account Directly in the Mobile App

If you have the PMW Driver Payin app installed on your mobile device, you can delete your account instantly by following these steps:

  1. Open the PMW Driver Payin app on your Android device (Google Play Store).
  2. Log in to your driver account if required.
  3. Ensure you have ended any active shift from the Dashboard.
  4. Tap on the side menu icon (☰) and navigate to Profile.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of your profile options and tap Delete Account.
  6. Confirm your request when prompted. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: Submit an Account Deletion Request Online

If you no longer have access to the PMW Driver Payin app or prefer to request deletion online, please fill out the form below. Our support team will process your request within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Address & Personal Identification Details
  • Device Tokens & Push Notification Preferences
  • Active Session Records

Data Retained (Legal Compliance)

  • Financial Pay-in & Transaction Records (Retained up to 7 years to comply with statutory accounting and tax regulations)
  • Completed Shift Audit Logs (Anonymized for transport compliance)
